Need : Use Fifefox or Any Browser
Cheat Engine 6.2 or 6.1
1. Open Cheat Engine 6.2 or 6.1 and Select your Browser
2. Value Type "Double"
3. Then Scan your Maximun Population
[Example : 7850]
4. Click the 1st address, Hold Shift and then click the last address
5. Click on the red arrow.
6. Change all value to : 10000000
7. Go to Market>>Buildings>>Housing
8. Buy Any Housing Building
9. Wait for 1-2 Minutes and Refresh your Page
10. See your Maximun Population Its will Permanent
